John White at 2016 Swine Social

No words can express, no tears make it better, it is with deepest sorrow we inform you of the death of our classmate and friend John White.  A talented jack of all trades and handyman, John could fix just about anything, and shared his talents generously with his friends.  John fought a a long hard battle with cancer for the past 9 months.  He had hope beyond belief and a wonderful attitude.

He is survived by his wife Christine, his son Chris and daughter Samantha.

His obituary, and information regarding the visitation and church services can be found here:Harder Funeral Home.

A College Fund has been started for the children – please click on link below to help.

As is our mission, we believe that this is an opportunity for us to come together once again and show the strength and bond between the graduates and families of the class of 1982 and Alumni of Whitefish Bay High School. The ’82 Project Foundation began with the premise of assisting a classmate or family that was in need….this is most certainly one of those times.

The Passing of John White — 1 Comment

  1. Mrs. White is my daughter’s music teacher. Nina was especially struck by the death of Mr. White, because she has recently lost two grandparents. Her first words were “I know what it feels like to lose someone you love to cancer.” I promised Nina I would send her sentiment along to Mrs. White, and a donation to her children’s college fund seemed particularly symbolic since education meant everything to Nina’s grandparents. We are praying for you and your family, Mrs. White.
