Greetings local business owners,
If you could support community members in need and the advancement of a Whitefish Bay High School graduating senior, you would. Right? And if you could do that through a simple, in-kind gift of goods or services, you would do that right away. Right?
Well, here is your chance! The 82 Project Foundation – a non-profit organization formed in 2012 by 1982 Whitefish Bay High School alumni – seeks in-kind gifts for a
silent auction as part of the organization’s annual fundraiser, the Swine Social Pig Roast, held on a Saturday in July. Proceeds support The 82 Project Foundation giving back to the community through:
The Senior Scholarship, providing funds for post-secondary education to a Whitefish Bay High School graduating senior.
The Classmate Award, delivering funds and assistance to Whitefish Bay High School graduates and families in need, due to health crisis, loss to disaster, etc.
Social Events that facilitate connections, friendships, and fellowship to strengthen the fabric of our community’s social safety net.
The Swine Social welcomes everyone and offers homemade food, great company, a bonfire, and your silent auction item and/or donor recognition name and logo will be on display at our event and on our website. Your contribution is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law, and we will provide a donation receipt with our tax-exempt ID number for your records.

The 82 Project Foundation
- Bake or cook an item. Everything that is home made saves us money and makes the event more unique.
- Create unique items suitable for our raffle (knit a cap, paint a picture, etc).
- Setup Crew – Tent and grounds preparation, decorating, food prep, staging, music, etc.
- Cleanup Crew – Night of, or day after cleaning of house and grounds.
- Activities – plan games for kids and adults.
- Assist with running the raffle or onsite ticket sales.
- Assist with marketing, advertising, spreading the word, contacting alumni, etc.

Swine Social Sponsorships
The 2019 Swine Social will be held on Saturday July 6th. Many of you are not able to attend but do want to help. There are two ways of helping:
Purchase an “I wish I could be there” ticket for $25.
Help us sponsors one or more of the items we will need to purchase.

Misc, bug spray, hand sanitizer, napkins, silverware, aluminum chafing dishes – any amount is appreciated.
